How long does setup take?

Same-day. After checkout, you complete a 5-minute self-serve setup wizard — business info auto-fills, you choose your hours, services, and how Rekva transfers calls. Your dedicated Rekva number is provisioned instantly and call-forwarding instructions are emailed. Most customers are answering live calls within an hour. Pure self-serve, no sales calls.

How fast does my number go live?

Your account is ready in 5 minutes. Your dedicated phone number activates within about an hour while it clears phone network verification — the standard registration window for new business numbers in the U.S., not anything on our end. Once it's live, you can forward your existing line to it immediately.

What happens to my existing phone number?

You keep it. Rekva works by call forwarding — you point your existing business line to a dedicated Rekva number, and we route everything else (caller ID, voicemail, call records) just as before. If you want to port your number to us, we support that too.
